 How fast can I receive the order?
Upon receiving your order, we will print and send the wallpaper within two weeks.
How are the prints delivered?
We use fleece wallper about 73 cm (2'4") and vinyl wallpaper about 125 cm (4'1") in width. Prints are cut and delivered in rolled form.
Can I order print dimensions different than those listed on the website?
We can customize the dimensions according to your particular space needs. Contact us by phone or email and let us know your requests.
Can I request changes to the visuals?
Since these are personalized prints to begin with, we can definitely make changes:
Taking into account the height and width of your wall, we can crop the image vertically or horizontally.
Depending on the type of image, we may be able to extend the image in one direction by adding a complementary color or drawings.
We can revise the colors and graphics of the illustrations made by our design team. For example, in our baby room section, we can take out an animal and add a different one according to your preference.
We can also add your photos to the print. Examples include photographs of your child, cat, dog or bird.
Can I send my own photographs?
We can certainly create wallpapers from your photos. In order to obtain high-quality prints, we must know if the photograph has a high-enough resolution and just how big you want the print to be. Please contact us for more details.
How can I install the wallpaper?
You may find a local wallpaper hanger through the National Guild of Professional Paperhangers at www.ngpp.org or www.wallpaperinstaller.com.
